Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn’t love peanut butter? Oh, you don’t? Well, sir, you’ve got some serious issues. And if you’re allergic to peanuts, invest in an epipen. Or use Nutella and hazelnuts or almonds instead, or almond butter.

You’ll need:

1.5 cups crunchy peanut butter

1 stick butter or margarine

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1.5 cups flour

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp cocoa

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tbsp instant coffee

1/2 cup milk chocolate or non dairy chocolate chips



Cream peanut butter, butter, sugar, and egg together. Sift dry ingredients then slowly incorporate into wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 min at 350F.

Yields about 4 dozen cookies
