Hi! I’m Michael. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and I’d like to share that passion with the rest of the kosher-keeping world.
The mission of this site is to introduce innovative and unique recipes and techniques that follow kosher guidelines but don’t look or taste “kosher.”
I’d like to change society’s preconceived notion that kosher food is deli meats and matzah balls, while still respecting the orthodox laws of kosher cooking.
Through Koshericious, I will strive to re-create Kosher cooking for American Jews with healthy, simple methods and in interesting, appetizing, and exciting ways.
I hope you enjoy!
