I made these for my sisters kids when I stayed over the weekend before my nephews bar mitzvah. They were devoured within 10 minutes of my entering the apartment.

Champ’s Cheesecake
For those crazy guys who go hardcore at the gym and live on NO Xplode and Whey Protein, here’s a great way to break that diet and turn that 6 pack into a 4 pack. Eat a slice of cheesecake. You’ll feel better. Trust me. This cheesecake is rich, creamy, and delicious. you will love every bite.
3B – Triple Bourbon Cupcakes
Oh yea… I’m doing it. I’m dangerously dabbling with… CUPCAKES! These manly midgets are so damn good. Bourbon Cupcake. Cinnamon Bourbon ButterCream. Salted Bourbon Caramel. Not for children. You can use whiskey or cognac instead of bourbon if you’d like. Make the caramel sauce first so it has enough time to cool.
Alfredo Baked Mac’n'Cheese
Fettucine Alfredo is one of my favorite pasta/sauce combo’s. Super delicious. For Shabbat I decided to make some; I was invited somewhere for dinner and needed to have lunch available for Shabbat day, and I was apprehensive about eating cold alfredo sauce or reheating it in the oven without it staying in a smooth cohesive delicious sauce. And so was born the Alfredo Casserole. Crunchy, scrumptious, & creamy.
Luxurious French Toast
Crunchy. Sweet. Delicious. Heaven on a plate. Serve with your favorite jam, ice cream, and/or with maple syrup. Serve in bed, at the table, or while using your girlfriend as a table in bed.
Peppermint Vanilla Macaron’s
Made these for a friends holiday party. There were some technical difficulties – ie, my pastry bag tips were too small to let the almond pieces out, so I had to spoon the cookie batter out instead of piping it. Otherwise though, it went really well. And they were a hit. Yields about 18-20 sandwiches
Jalepeno Poppers – Take 2. Dairy.
I took the recipe for my Stuffed Mushrooms, and combined it with my recipe for my meaty Jalepeno Poppers. And voila! We have Dairy Jalepeno Poppers. They were a spicy hit. and super easy to make. You can roast the jalepeno’s, and make the filling the night before, and the day of just fill the peppers and bake. Easier than Ashlee Simpson, and hotter than Pete Wentz. Will make you sing like Patrick Stump.
Nutella Pizza
Yet again, I surprise myself with ingenuity. I also just want Bryce Gruber to fall in love with me, and the way to her heart is by putting Nutella in her belly. True story. Soft, chewy dough. Creamy, buttery Nutella. Tart, juicy strawberries. Smooth, delicious bananas. Need I say more?! Good, cuz thats basically all that goes in here. Ladies, get your hair did, and dudes, wash your cars… tonight, you’re gonna get a foodgasm.
Dulce de Leche Caramel Apples
This week I hosted a pre-halloween pregame @ my apartment. a) I think that I’ve now established my residence as the permanent pregame location till 2015. b) my friends all love kosher food now. c) none of them bothered to help me clean up. Anyways, these apple wedges are delicious, sweet little treats on a stick. PS you can totally make these the day before. Next to them are my mexican spicy tequila chocolate truffles.
Banana Muffins
You know those times when you impress even yourself? Well thats how I felt when i bit into one of these. Trust me, make them dairy, brown the butter, add the milk. You’ll be eating these for breakfast anyways. SO GOOD!! And yes, for those of you who noticed, im using Dental Decks as a pedestal. lol
