You know it’s true. What are Persians good for? With their “Chetori’s” and “Va Vey Lah’s” theres really no other reason to be friends with them except the amazing food they produce. Oh and for the Shah’s of Sunset. Obviez. Either way, try this recipe out for Ghormeh Sabzi and Tadigh, which is basically a stew of mixed greens and beef over a bed of crusty rice. This is my version of the dish, slightly different from the traditional Persian recipe. But hey, I’m not Persian so it’s ok, right? Right?! Special thanks to my friends Monica Darvish and Mahsa Abdolhosseini for their help. =)

This is one roll you’ll never feel guilty about eating. And I know A LOT about guilty feelings after eating. Especially after that pint of haagen dazs I just scarfed (caramel cone is delicious btw). But on those random days i decide to have protein, this is the way to go. So juicy, tender, and delicious, this sexy dish will have you falling in love at the dinner table. Warning: side effects include bursting out in love song, a desire to keep eating, and an insatiable apetite for a member of the opposite sex. Do not take with alcohol or these effects may be enhanced. Boys, this dish will certainly make them good girlz go bad.
But really, a dry red wine would go AMAZINGLY with this. Do it. Serve it up with my Spiced Fries.
was watching food network today and saw Sonny make this on “Cooking for Real.” looked delicious. you could probably use a mix of blackberries and blueberries for some great flavor. and if blackberries arent in season when you make this, i would totally use blackberry preserves.
