Either way, I was browsing through Nadia G‘s Cooking for Trouble cookbook trying to think of what I could make for Shabbat dinner last week and I came across this amazing recipe for potato pizza. Now y’all know that I ain’t lazy. I’ve made my own pizza dough before (see Lahmajoun and Nutella Pizza) but I decided to take a shortcut on the pizza dough, considering the other changes I was making to this recipe. Caramelized onions, thin slices of yukon gold potatoes, and corn flake crusted buffalo chicken bits on a rosemary ciabbata loaf… can it get any more gunner?
