Pizza con le Patate – Gunner Edition

I am certainly not a gunner. Ok fine, in order to believe that, you need to overlook the fact that I’m getting 2 specialties and have an ego the size of the former USSR.  Either way, I was browsing through Nadia G‘s Cooking for Trouble cookbook trying to think of what I could make for Shabbat dinner last week and I came across this amazing recipe for potato pizza. Now y’all know that I ain’t lazy. I’ve made my own pizza dough before (see Lahmajoun and Nutella Pizza) but I decided to take a shortcut on the pizza dough, considering the other changes I was making to this recipe. Caramelized onions, thin slices of yukon gold potatoes, and corn flake crusted buffalo chicken bits on a rosemary ciabbata loaf… can it get any more gunner? Yea, like that time I made pop tarts from scratch. #Gunner #BallSoHard.
