I love the taste of lemon. And I love lemon merengue pie. But I can’t eat an entire pie in one sitting, and I know that the merengue layer wouldn’t last a week in my fridge; its just not stable enough and would get ruined. So I start thinking outside the box. And it hits me! Whats more is that I had a couple of banana’s in my fridge, so I decide to incorporate them into this dessert too for extra flavor punch. Oh, and did I mention that these bad boys are pareve?! hollaaaa
