This was the ingenius collaboration of my self and mi madre over Sukkot. She supplied the meats, I supplied the spices, and voila! Magic. In a roasting pan. Enjoy! PS eating the garlic cloves after is SOOOO tasty. Just squeeze the garlic right out of its skin. It becomes sweet and scrumptious. Trust me. I AM a dentist, after all.
